Ole Christiansen Portraits 1982-2022
As a trained professional photographer, Ole Christiansen has created portraits of more and less famous people for 40 years. This has always been done with great respect for those portrayed and equally, a great consistency in the mastery of the photographic craft and its history.
At the exhibition, you can see portraits of people from the Danish and international cultural scene, but also politicians, media people and so on. Here you will find global stars such as Leonard Cohen, Yoko Ono and Iggy Pop, as well as prominent figures from the domestic Danish scene such as Suzanne Brøgger, Poul Schlüter and Medina. There are also portraits of less well-known people because Ole Christiansen’s portraits are primarily PICTURES, the motifs of which are based on what is human in all of us.
