Led by our own passionate guides, Frederiksborg Speaks is a free 30-minute experience – offered every weekday /throughout summer (28 June – 10 August) offered every day from 1:00 to 1:30 PM – where the guide shares their personal take on the stories, artworks, and spaces at Frederiksborg. The theme changes from day to day!

Maybe you’ll hear the story behind Christian V’s mechanical throne in the Audience Chamber. Or step into the Castle Chapel and learn about the scandalous royal wedding that shook the nation. Some days, the guide might stop before a dramatic history painting and point out a detail that changes everything. Other days, they’ll take you into one of our special exhibitions.

This is not a standard tour. It’s a daily conversation between past and present, guided by curiosity and the unique perspective of the person leading it.
