Rabarbergaarden Slottet (meaning The Rhubarb Farm) is Frederiksborg’s new organic restaurant, located in a former carriage house at the Castle area. Rabarbergaarden is known for its self-sufficient and idyllic restaurant, farm shop, and bakery in Vejby, North Zealand. At Frederiksborg, Rabarbergaarden Slottet provides a sustainable gastronomic experience in the museum restaurant. Look forward to local, organic ingredients from a sustainable farm-to-table kitchen!

It is a good idea to book a table as the restaurant is very popular. Please note that the restaurant will be closed on June 4th for renovations. We refer to Hillerød’s wide range of dining options.
