Rabarbergaarden på Slottet

New museum restaurant to open soon!
Booking of tables will open in mid-January.

In February, a branch of the organic restaurant ‘Rabarbergaarden’ (meaning the rhubarb farm, pronounced the rhubarb Garden) will open at Frederiksborg.

Rabarbergaarden is known for its self-sufficient and idyllic restaurant, farm shop, and bakery in Vejby in Northern Zealand. At Frederiksborg, Rabarbergaarden will provide a sustainable gastronomic experience in the museum restaurant. Look forward to local, organic ingredients from a sustainable farm-to-table kitchen! The restaurant is located in a former carriage port at Frederiksborg Castle – the largest Renaissance complex in the Nordic region.

Booking of tables is expected to open in mid-January. When booking opens, it can be reached from this page. For booking of major parties (both lunch and dinner) at Rabarbergaarden at the castle, you can already contact Rabarbergaarden through slottet@rabarbergaarden.dk.
